Over 30 Local Arizona Craft Beers On Tap
Welcome to Craft 64
Craft64 is Scottsdale's new premier venue for local craft beer, great wine and artisan wood-fired pizza. The owners Josh Ivey, an advanced Sommelier; Roger Carpenter, previous owner of a popular Australian wine bar and bistro; along with Scott Hagen and James Swann both with extensive knowledge of beer and well known in the Arizona beer community, are owners and "hands on" managing partners. Our Executive Chef "Lacho" has 20 years of experience and worked for the past 17 years as chef of Arizona's most famous pizzeria. Together our Craft64 management team brings extensive knowledge, experience and passion for craft beer, fine wine and hand crafted quality food with fresh, local ingredients.
We use local organic flour and make our own mozzarella from scratch everyday. All produce is from local farmers. Our 100% wood oven heats to over 900 degrees. We have 30 Tap handles featuring Arizona beer, extensive wine list and 50+ bottles for table side use or to go!

2012 AUBERT "Lauren" (Sonoma, North coast, California)
This straw/greenish-colored beauty fashioned from various clones, including the Old Wente, Hyde, Hudson
Corton-Charlemagne selection and the Mt. Eden clones. It possesses more of a tannic backbone than its siblings
because of its grip. Full-bodied with lots of honeyed citrus, orange marmalade and abundant fruit on the attack
and mid-palate, this youthful Chardonnay seems barely touched by its oak aging.
Blueberry, tobacco, smoky nuances, full bodied long finish
Glass $15 Bottle $55
Zinfandel - 2012 LEAGUE of ROGUES "Rapscallion" (Paso Robles, California)
Cherry, raspberry, cinnamon and chocolate nice spiced finish
Glass $11 Bottle $38
SGM/Blend - 2012 LANGMEIL "SGM" (Clare Valley, Australia)
Big dark fruits, Asian spice, vanilla long finish
Glass $12 Bottle $40
2009 ALBAN "Reva" (Santa Barbara, Central Coast, California)
(100% Syrah aged 42-months in French oak) offers up more fruit and purity than normal, with only hints of its normal iodine/seaweed tinged profile. Loaded
with sweet black raspberry, cassis, wild herbs, flowers and subtle blood and iodine qualities, it is a full-bodied,
decadent Syrah that has incredible mid-palate depth, beautiful freshness and a blockbuster finish.
